Barb Dickmann has been designing and creating unique and beautiful stoneware pieces for corporate and individual customers since 1996. She is a clay artist working with mid-range stoneware in various colors. Past orders have included individual pieces, dinnerware sets, corporate client gifts.

Barb's objective is the creation of functional stoneware on the potter’s wheel out of love for the circular form. Such stoneware allows her to strive for inspired craftsmanship using the natural colors and textures of the earth. This, to her, is an enriching and essential role in the art of making pottery.

In 2001, she received a Blue Ribbon award from the Ozaukee County Art Show and exhibits there annually. She is a member of AcerS Potter's Council, the Wisconsin Association of Artists & Craftspersons, FOCUS and the Saukville Chamber of Commerce.

Barb received her pottery education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her work has been sold at Geneva Artists Gallery in Lake Geneva, WI; the Rusty Rabbit in Ephraim, WI; Heart & Home in Port Washington, WI and currently at Studio 6 in Cedarburg, WI and D & D Crafts & Gifts in Saukville, WI.

Barb will mold ideas to meet the needs of her customer’s color scheme and environment. She is efficient, meets deadlines and welcomes commissioned work.
